SECTION 745.4201. May I take possession of a child from a law enforcement officer?

You may take possession of a child directly from a law enforcement officer if you are:
(1) A general residential operation licensed to provide emergency care services; or (2) A licensed child-placing agency that we have authorized to take possession of children from a law enforcement officer.
