SECTION 744.803. How long must I keep records at my operation?

(a) If you are required to post or keep a record in this chapter, you must keep the record at your operation for at least three months from the date the record was created unless otherwise stated. (b) You must keep training records for each current director and caregivers for at least the current and last full training year.
