SECTION 744.3801. What types of transportation does Licensing regulate?

We regulate all transportation provided by or for the operation to children in care, including, transportation between the home and the school, the school and the operation, the operation and home, the operation or the school and field trip locations, or the operation or the school and other drop off locations.
