SECTION 744.3751. Must my operation have a carbon monoxide detection system?

Your operation must be equipped with a working carbon monoxide detection system, unless it is located in a school facility that complies:
(1) With the school facility standards adopted by the commissioner of education under the Education Code, §46.008; or (2) With standards adopted by the board of a local school district that are similar to those described in paragraph (1) of this section.
