SECTION 744.3051. Must I have a telephone at my operation?

Yes. You must have:
(1) A telephone at your operation with a listed telephone number; or (2) Access to a telephone located in the same building for use in an emergency and where a person is available to: (A) Receive incoming calls to the operation; (B) Immediately transmit messages regarding children in care to operation caregivers; and (C) Make outgoing calls for the operation as necessary.
