SECTION 744.111. What types of operations do these minimum standards apply to?

The minimum standards in this chapter apply to:
(1) Day-care operations licensed to provide before and/or after-school care program services; (2) Day-care operations licensed to provide school-age program services; (3) Any unlicensed day-care operation that requires a license per Human Resources Code (HRC), Chapter 42, because the operation provides before and/or after-school program services; and (4) Any unlicensed day-care operation that requires a license per HRC, Chapter 42, because the operation provides school-age program services.
