SECTION 558.812. Update of the Hospice Comprehensive Assessment

(a) The hospice interdisciplinary team, in collaboration with a client's attending practitioner, if any, must update the client's comprehensive assessment as frequently as the condition of the client requires, but no less than every 15 days. (b) The update of the comprehensive assessment must include: (1) changes that have taken place since the initial assessment; (2) information on the client's progress toward desired outcomes; and (3) a reassessment of the client's response to care.
