(a) A center must ensure that a minor admitted to the center is admitted under an order of the minor's prescribing physician and remains under the care of the prescribing physician for the duration of the minor's stay at the center. The minor's medical record must contain the written prescribing physician order used for admission as well as all subsequent prescribing physician orders. (b) The prescribing physician orders must include: (1) approval of a minor's admission to a center; (2) nursing services; (3) medication administration, if applicable; (4) dietary needs, if applicable; (5) permitted activities, if applicable; (6) therapies treatments, if applicable; (7) transportation authorization, if applicable; and (8) other services, if applicable.
