SECTION 360.107. Registry of Qualified Interpreters

(a) DHHS maintains a registry of available qualified BEI interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. The registry is updated at least quarterly and is available on request at cost. (b) DARS maintains lists of certified court interpreters and other persons whom DARS has determined are qualified to act as court interpreters. (c) DHHS sends a list of certified court interpreters and other persons whom DARS has determined are qualified to act as court interpreters to each state court. (d) Copies of qualified interpreter lists may be obtained from DHHS upon request.
