SECTION 306.259. Eligibility for MH Case Management Services

For an individual to be eligible for MH case management services, the individual must:
(1) be a resident of the State of Texas; (2) be an adult with a severe and persistent mental illness, or a child or adolescent with a serious emotional disturbance who may have a diagnosis described in paragraph (3) of this section; (3) not have a single diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability or a substance use disorder; and (4) qualify for an LOC that includes MH case management services.
