(a) The LMHAs and MCOs must develop and implement a plan for quality management of services to individuals with COPSD as required in §412.317 (relating to Quality Management) of Chapter 412, Subchapter G of this title, governing Mental Health Community Services Standards. (b) The SMHFs must develop and implement a plan for quality management of services to individuals. The plan must be incorporated into the Improving Organizational Performance System (IOPS) and must identify clinical measures. The plan must describe the following: (1) activities for measuring, assessing, and improving processes for delivering services in accordance with this subchapter; and (2) methods for evaluating and improving outcomes for individuals receiving services.
