SECTION 271.89. Resource Limits

An individual applicant or client is not eligible for community care for aged and disabled (CCAD) services if the value of nonexempt resources owned by him exceeds $5,000. A couple is not eligible for CCAD services if the value of nonexempt resources they own exceeds $6,000.
