SECTION 259.73. Service Limits

(a) The following limits apply to an individual's services: (1) for adaptive aids and dental treatment, a maximum combined cost of $10,000 during an IPC period, which includes the cost of repair and maintenance of an adaptive aid; (2) for minor home modifications: (A) a maximum cost of $10,000 during the time an individual is enrolled in the CLASS Program, which may be paid in one or more IPC periods; and (B) after reaching the $10,000 limit described in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph, a maximum cost of $300 for repair and maintenance during an IPC period; (3) for respite, a maximum of 30 days of in-home respite and out-of-home respite, combined, during an IPC period; and (4) for TAS, a maximum cost of $2,500.
