The department adopts by reference the federal regulations on "Opioid Drugs in Maintenance and Detoxification Treatment of Opiate Addiction" found in Title 42, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 8. A copy of these regulations is indexed and filed at the department, located at 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756.
