SECTION 810.61. Introduction to the State Standards of Practice

These state standards were developed by the council to delineate appropriate assessment and treatment procedures and policies in Texas. These standards address the professional licensing expectations for the assessment and treatment of adult sex offenders and juveniles who commit sexual offenses.
