SECTION 463.13. Licensure by Reciprocity

An individual applying for licensure by reciprocity with this agency must meet each of the following criteria to be eligible for licensure by reciprocity:
(1) Submit an application in the form prescribed by the Council and corresponding fee; (2) Submit verification that the applicant is actively licensed, certified, or registered in good standing in a jurisdiction with which Texas shares reciprocity; (3) Pass the jurisprudence examination; and (4) Submit any other documentation or information requested in the application or which the Council may deem necessary in order to ensure the public's safety when processing the application.
