SECTION 291.120. General

(a) Purpose. This subchapter applies to all classes of pharmacies except as otherwise noted.
(b) Definitions.
(1) The Texas Pharmacy Act or Act--Subtitle J, other than Chapter 567, Occupations Code, as amended.
(2) Board--The Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
