(a) Contracts Following the approval of an application or proposal by the Board, the successful applicant must sign a contract issued by the Executive Director and based on the information contained in the application. (b) Subcontracts With the prior written approval of the Board, the successful applicant may enter into third party contracts and subcontracts to conduct the patient safety pilot program. (c) Cancellation or Suspension of Programs The Board has the right to reject all applications and proposals, and cancel any patient safety pilot program solicitations before a contract is signed. Breach of contract will result in termination of the patient safety pilot program. (d) Requirements for Applications The full text of the administrative regulations and funding requirements for this patient safety pilot program are contained in the official Request for Proposal available on request from the Board.
