SECTION 213.37. Disclosure of Expert Reviewer's Report

(a) Before initiating informal proceedings to resolve a complaint referred to an expert reviewer under §213.36 of this title (relating to Alleged Standard of Care Violations by Advanced Practice Registered Nurses), the board shall provide a copy of the expert reviewer's report issued under that section to the advanced practice registered nurse who is the subject of the complaint. (b) Before providing an expert reviewer's report, the board shall redact: (1) identifying information of the expert reviewer, other than the expert reviewer's role and population focus; and (2) confidential information, as described by Occupations Code, §§ 301.460 and 301.466, or that is otherwise privileged or confidential under the Nursing Practice Act or other applicable law.
