SECTION 194.27. Reissuance of Certificate or Permit Following Revocation

(a) The applicant must complete in every detail the application for reissuance of a certificate, registration, or permit following revocation including payment of the required application fee. (b) The applicant must appear before the board to state the reasons for the request for reissuance of certificate, registration, or permit. (c) Application for reissuance of a certificate, registration, or permit following revocation cannot be considered more often than annually. (d) Reissuance of a certificate, registration, or permit following revocation shall be at the discretion of the board upon a showing by the applicant that reissuance is in the best interest of the public. (e) A person may not apply for reissuance of a certificate, registration, or permit that was revoked before the first anniversary date on which the revocation became effective.
