SECTION 191.5. Per Diem and Expenses

Each district review committee member shall not incur or cause to be incurred any travel expenses, per diem expenses, or other expenses for which the board may be responsible for payment or reimbursement unless such expenses are approved in advance by the executive director or are incurred at the request of the executive director.
