SECTION 107.20. Persons Interested in Proceedings

  • Any person may appear in any proceeding before the agency. Appearances may be disallowed upon a showing that the person has no justiciable or administratively cognizable interest in the proceeding. The board shall have the right in any proceeding to limit the number of witnesses whose testimony is merely cumulative.
