SECTION 96.65. Termination Notice

The filing officer has promulgated a form for an amendment to a transition property notice that may be used to indicate a termination of a security interest of a financing party. A filing party may use the form or submit a document identified as a termination notice that contains:
(1) The file number of the transition property notice issued by the filing officer; (2) The financing order docket number relating to such filing; (3) The name and address of the financing party of record whose interest is terminated; and (4) A statement that the financing party of record no longer claims a security interest in the transition property described in the original transition property notice.
