SECTION 96.44. Identification and Indexing of Parties

(a) The name and address of a grantor or assignor of record of a transition property notice is identified, indexed, stored and retrieved by use of the term "debtor" in the UCC information management system maintained by the filing officer. (b) The name and address of each financing party or assignee of record of a transition property notice is identified, indexed, stored, and retrieved by use of the term "secured party" in the UCC information management system maintained by the filing officer. (c) The nomenclature used in subsections (a) and (b) of this section is solely for the convenience of the filing officer, and shall not be a factor in determining whether a particular assignment should be treated as a "true sale" or as a secured financing transaction.
