SECTION 91.24. How to Submit Executive Orders, Opinions, and Exempt Filings

(a) The Texas Register publishes: (1) executive orders, appointments, and proclamations filed by the Office of the Governor; (2) summaries of requests for opinions and summaries of opinions filed by the Texas Ethics Commission; (3) summaries of requests for opinions, summaries of opinions, and open records decisions filed by the Office of the Attorney General; and (4) notices of proposed and final actions filed by the Texas Department of Insurance pursuant to the Insurance Code, Chapter 5, Subchapter L. (b) File the documents listed in subsection (a) of this section using the guidelines in §91.22 of this title (relating to How to File a Miscellaneous Document), but use the electronic submission forms specified for these documents.
