SECTION 392.111. Data Collection and Reporting

(a) The contractor must collect and report data as required by rules, the contract, and in accordance with applicable instruction manuals. Data must be submitted in the form, manner, and timeframe specified by DARS. Required data may include: client data, including personally identifiable information regarding children served or referred; services received by individual eligible children; family information, including family size and income; service-provider information, including information about the contractor's individual employees or subcontractors; agency and contractor revenue and expenditure information; and other information that might be determined necessary by DARS to perform the contractor's legally authorized functions, including documentation of early childhood intervention services planned and provided, billing and reimbursement functions, and other purposes. (b) The contractor must report accurate client, service, and service provider information to DARS through TKIDS.
