SECTION 386.413. What documents must the DHS office administering Other Needs Assistance (ONA) send to the DHS Hearings Department when a disaster is declared and the ONA state administrative plan is approved?

  • ONA staff must deliver the following documents to the DHS Hearings Department:

    (1) a copy of the state administrative plan;

    (2) any itemized price lists applicable to the disaster; and

    (3) a list of regions affected by the disaster.
