SECTION 386.308. How will I be notified of the grant decision on my application?

A grant eligibility determination letter will notify you of the decision on your application. The decision letter normally is mailed the day after the decision is made.
(1) Letters approving grants include: (A) a grant approval statement; (B) the grant amount; (C) the purpose for which the grant is approved; (D) the notification of the right to request reconsideration of a grant decision; and (E) flood insurance requirements and conditions when applicable. (2) Letters disapproving grants include: (A) a statement that the application is denied; (B) the reasons for denial; and (C) notification of the right to request reconsideration of a grant decision.
