SECTION 386.212. Are any other categories of assistance covered under an Other Needs Assistance (ONA) grant?

(a) The federal coordinating officer, state coordinating officer, and ONA grants coordinating officer determine if an additional category of assistance needs to be available in a particular disaster situation. (b) Other categories are related to special circumstances of a particular disaster. (c) FEMA, DEM, or DHS determine other categories. (d) Applicants may be entitled to receive grants to cover expenses for items in categories other than those described in §6.106 of this chapter (relating to What is Other Needs Assistance (ONA)?).
