SECTION 381.349. Role of Volunteers

A guardianship program may use volunteers in a variety of roles, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
(1) guardians of the person and/or estate of clients; (2) representative payees or bill payers; (3) agents of the guardianship program that are appointed as guardian; (4) to visit, transport, or provide other services to the client on behalf of the appointed guardian; or (5) staff positions.
