(a) A guardianship program will develop and maintain policies and procedures to insure the confidentiality of client information. (b) These procedures should, at a minimum, include requiring employees and volunteers to sign confidentiality agreements that conform to all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining client records in a secure location, and training employees and volunteers on confidentiality requirements as they relate to guardianship client records and information.
