SECTION 381.209. Contract

Latest version.

A successful applicant for a grant award shall be required to execute a contract with HHSC on mutually agreeable terms and conditions in the manner and format prescribed by HHSC. Grant funds may not be distributed to a successful applicant prior to execution of a contract with HHSC.
