SECTION 379.803. Confidentiality

Each board member must:
(1) know and comply with the Health and Human Services Commission's rules and the contractor's policies related to confidentiality; and
(2) if the project provides direct services, provide written assurance to the contractor that the board member will not use the position to obtain or access confidential program participant information.
