SECTION 379.504. Security Policies and Procedures

Centers and satellite shelters must develop, maintain, and comply with written policies and procedures to promote the safety and security of residents, nonresidents, employees, and volunteers. These policies and procedures must address:
(1) intruders on the property, such as a batterer; (2) assaults; (3) bomb threats; (4) threatening telephone calls; (5) power outages; (6) evacuations; (7) natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires); and (8) technology safety and data security.
