SECTION 379.204. Internal Monitoring System

  • A center must develop, maintain, and comply with a written internal monitoring system to evaluate:

    (1) The quality of the center's required resident and nonresident services;

    (2) The accuracy of the fiscal and programmatic documentation; and

    (3) Compliance with the policies and procedures specified in the center's contract with the Health and Human Services Commission.
