SECTION 379.1903. Security Policies and Procedures

A center must develop, maintain, and comply with written policies and procedures to promote the safety and security of program participants, employees, and volunteers. These policies and procedures must address:
(1) an intruder on the property, such as a batterer; (2) assaults; (3) bomb threats; (4) threatening telephone calls; (5) natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires); (6) evacuations; (7) power outages; and (8) technology safety and data security.
