SECTION 375.345. What procedures must a contractor follow when authorizing or denying an applicant benefits?

Contractors must follow procedures established by federal regulations as described in the provider manual when authorizing or denying benefits. This includes, but is not limited to, giving the participant written notice that:
(1) clearly states the action, the reasons for the action, and the right to a hearing in the case of denial; and (2) clearly states that the notice is for the Refugee Cash Assistance Program and not any other program.
