(a) The OIG affords to any provider or person against whom it imposes sanctions the administrative due process remedies applicable to administrative sanctions as set forth in this subchapter. (b) The imposition of administrative actions as defined in §371.1701 of this subchapter (relating to Administrative Actions) does not give rise to due process remedies.
