SECTION 366.307. Eligible Group

To be eligible for Pregnant Women's Medicaid, an applicant must be a pregnant woman with household income equal to or less than 185% of the Federal Poverty Level after application of the methodology in Subchapter K of this chapter (relating to Modified Adjusted Gross Income Methodology).
