SECTION 366.235. Inmates of Public Institutions

An inmate of a public institution, including a jail, prison, reformatory, or other correctional or holding facility, as defined in 42 C.F.R. §435.1009 and §435.1010, is not eligible for Medicaid payment for Medicaid-covered services received while residing in the public institution.
