SECTION 357.533. Postponements

Latest version.

Until 10 calendar days before the scheduled hearing, the household member or his representative may request one postponement of up to 30 calendar days. The 90-calendar-day limit for issuing a written decision is extended by the number of days that the hearing is postponed.
