(a) Unless the request for relief is made on the record at a pre-hearing conference or hearing, a party must file a motion to change a setting, obtain a ruling or order, or obtain any other procedural relief under this subchapter. (b) A party must file all motions in writing no later than seven days before the date of the hearing or setting. For good cause shown, the judge may consider a motion filed after this deadline. (c) A party must file any responses to a motion in writing and no later than the earlier of: (1) five days after receipt of the motion; or (2) the date and time of the hearing.
