SECTION 354.3307. Certification Entity: Denial, Suspension, or Revocation of Approval

In the event of denial, suspension, or revocation of its approval as a certification entity by HHSC under this subchapter, a certification entity may request a hearing before an administrative law judge of the HHSC Appeals Division.
