SECTION 354.3011. Eligibility to Receive Services

Latest version.

A recipient must:
(1) be an adult;
(2) be a Medicaid recipient;
(3) have a mental health condition or substance use disorder, or both; and
(4) have peer specialist services included in the recipient's person-centered recovery plan.
