SECTION 354.1155. Confidentiality of Information

The health insuring agent and all subcontractors must treat all information which is obtained through performance under the health insuring contract as confidential information to the extent that confidential treatment is provided under law and regulations, and may not use any information so obtained in any manner except as necessary to the proper discharge of obligations and securing of rights as defined in this chapter.
