SECTION 353.1115. Network Adequacy for Certain Service Providers

STAR+PLUS MMPs will adhere to Medicare network adequacy standards set forth by CMS for the following types of Medicaid benefits:
(1) nursing facility;
(2) speech therapy;
(3) occupational therapy; and
(4) physical therapy.
