SECTION 353.102. Provider and Member Education Programs Generally

A managed care organization (MCO) that contracts with the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to provide health care services or dental services through the Medicaid program must provide education programs for providers and members using a variety of techniques and media as described in this chapter and in the contract between HHSC and the MCO.
