SECTION 20.59. Reporting Expenditure by Credit Card

(a) A report of an expenditure charged to a credit card must be disclosed on the Expenditures Made to Credit Card Schedule and identify the vendor who receives payment from the credit card company. (b) A report of a payment to a credit card company must be disclosed on the appropriate disbursements schedule and identify the credit card company receiving the payment.
