SECTION 20.561. County Executive Committee Accepting Contributions from Corporations and/or Labor Organizations

(a) A county executive committee that accepts contributions from corporations or labor organizations authorized by §24.19 of this title (relating to Contribution to a Political Party) is subject to the provisions set out in Subchapter H of this chapter (relating to Rules Applicable to a Political Party Accepting Contributions from Corporations or Labor Organizations). (b) The chair of a county executive committee that accepts contributions from a corporation or labor organization must file the report required by §20.525 of this title (relating to Record of Contributions and Expenditures).
