SECTION 20.241. Contents of Report of Final Disposition of Unexpended Contributions

A report of final disposition of unexpended contributions shall include the following information:
(1) the candidate's full name; (2) the candidate's address; (3) the full name of each person to whom a payment from unexpended political contributions, unexpended interest or other income earned from political contributions, or assets purchased with political contributions or interest or other income earned from political contributions was made; (4) the address of each person to whom such a payment was made; (5) the date of each payment; (6) the nature of the goods or services for which the payment was made; (7) the amount of each payment; and (8) an affidavit, executed by the candidate, stating: "I swear, or affirm, that the accompanying report is true and correct and includes all information required to be reported by me under Title 15, Election Code."
